Even though it is hard to tell at this power the specific pathology of this glomerulus, this image corresponds to a membranous glomerulonephropathy.

This image is important because at this power it is comparable to the pathologist's light microscopy. It takes special preparation (so-called open-slot/support film grid preparations) to provide this, but this is something that is well worth the effort. This magnification removes any doubt as to whether or not the appropriate area was examined at high power.
